The table below provides a list of providers and their delivery methods for commission statements.
The table is up to date as of March 2017.
Where a provider is shown as providing ‘EDI’, this means that commission statements are in the industry-standard EDI format and can be posted automatically to the FinPlan system without the requirement for any user intervention.
Where ‘CSV’ is indicated, the provider offers statement data in an electronic format, usually available to download from their portal or delivered to a nominated email address. These files can be imported to FinPlan. Guidance notes for this process are available from https://www.bluecoatsoftware.com/docs/commission_import.pdf
Where ‘Manual’ is indicated, the provider has confirmed that there is currently no electronic format for the statement available and the statement details need to be manually keyed into the system for processing.
Where we have not yet received confirmation from the Provider as to their current service offering, the entry is blank.
As a cost option, Bluecoat Software offers a commission processing service that includes the manual processing of commission statements. Details are available on request.
