Project Process

Your ticket has been added to the project process because development work is required.

You will receive a text message whenever your ticket passes to a new stage of the project process. See below for more information on the stages of the project process.

Passed to Development

Your ticket has been passed to our development department and is now in the project process.

Our project management team will review your ticket to determine if it is a suitable candidate for development. If your ticket is approved then it will pass on to scheduling, development, testing and release. We will send further updates as your ticket progresses through the project process.

Approved for Development

Your ticket has been approved for development. Once the development work has been scheduled we will get back to you with the expected release date.

In Development

The development work for your ticket has been scheduled. We will get back to you when these changes have been released.

Development Completed

The development work for your ticket has been completed and released. If you have not received the update already then it will be automatically downloaded and installed within the next few days. Your ticket has been removed from the project process and we will not send any further updates.

Rejected

Our project team have reviewed your ticket, however it was not considered to be a suitable candidate for development. Your ticket has been removed from the project process and we will not send any further updates.

Abandoned

Our development team have reviewed your ticket, however it was not considered to be a suitable candidate for development. Your ticket has been removed from the project process and we will not send any further updates.
